Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All of the products you purchase  at shop.theruralbadge.com come from an ON DEMAND manufacturing company.  The ON DEMAND Manufacturing Company only gives a small window for any sort of return. Below are the guidelines for a product that is damaged upon receipt.   

The ON DEMAND Manufacturing Company states that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the ON DEMAND Manufacturing Company offers a free replacement or a refund if The Rural Badge  contacts them within 30 days of product delivery. 

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, the ON DEMAND Manufacturing Company will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

So in summary, the ON DEMAND Manufacturing Company only gives The Rural Badge a 30 day window to correct any damaged product received. So, you the customer (for The Rural Badge) has to provide The Rural Badge notice of this product issue at least FIVE days prior to the THIRTY DAY window that the ON DEMAND Company has given for the returns. In other words, you the customer of The Rural Badge Store, you need to send The Rural Badge notice of the problem anytime PRIOR to the 25 day after your purchase.

You must provide your :

(1) Name

(2) Date of purchase

(3) The order number

(4) Explanation of what was broken

(5) Photograph of the damaged item.

(6) Please label your emailPRODUCT DAMAGED NEED REFUND“, or “PRODUCT DAMAGED NEED REPLACEMENT”

(7) You must also state whether you want a replacement or a refund in your email to The Rural Badge.

So ALL SEVEN (7) of these data items MUST be provided to The Rural Badge in order to have a return process started. If any of the requested data fields are not provided by the customer the return/refund process will not proceed. The way you contact The Rural Badge is by sending this information to The Rural Badge via The Rural Badge email address listed below.

Bottom line, The Rural Badge supports its customers and we will do everything within our power to make it right for you. To be honest, The Rural Badge is trying out this new ON DEMAND Manufacturing vendor, if our customers have problems with these products with this vendor, The Rural Badge will change vendors to a better one.
